Before the sun sets, it rakes across the surface of the pond underneath the boardwalk. In this shot, the reflection of a tree appears in the shadows of the boardwalk itself because the duckweed isn’t in bright sun as it is to the right. It looks like two images sandwiched together, but it isn’t. There is no photo manipulation done in this image. Interesting, huh?
