Disclaimer: Contrary to what people think, I can’t recognize every duck in the pond. As the duckling season wears on, there is a point where juvenile ducks begin to all look alike and I lose precise count. I update the number of birds when I’m able to verify the number in the broods, but the final tally will be flawed to some extent.

You'll find information about the resident ducks, birds, and critters residing at the Brighton millpond. I slip in my art and poetry, but my photography of wildlife and plants is the primary focus.
